Adidas Phenom Camps Filling Fast (We Have The Top Players Attend)

I've gotten a number of inquiries lately asking when I plan to update our ranking of the top players in the Class of 2012, Class of 2013, Class of 2014, and Class of 2015. That's the top freshman, 8th Graders, 7th Graders, and 6th Graders in the nation and, now that the inflow of signings and commitments has slowed to a crawl and I'm not traveling around the country trying to cover an event every weekend, the plan is to publish our ranking of the top freshman by the end of the month and to publish the next three lists periodically about every 10 days in June. And who better to help us do this than Joe Keller, who is the President and CEO of adidas Phenom. Remember, the Junior Phenom Camp, which will be held at Alliant University in San Diego, CA on August 6th-9th, annually features an overwhelming number of the top middle school players in the nation and the Phenom Top 150 Camp, which will be held at Alliant University in San Diego, CA on June 25th-28th, always has more than its fair share of the top rising rising freshman (Class of 2013) and top rising sophomores in the nation in attendance. And once again I will be in attendance for the sixth straight year at the Junior Phenom Camp and the fourth straight year at the Phenom Top 150 Camp. It's also pretty amazing the head start that covering these two camps has given us over our competition. The list top players that we saw at the first Junior Phenom Camp in August 2004 reads like a Who's Who of the Top Players in the nation today, as 6'9 Derrick Favors from Atlanta (South Atlanta) GA, 6'3 Dexter Strickland from Elizabeth (St. Patrick) NJ, 6'4 Roberto Nelson from Santa Barbara (H.S.) CA, 6'4 Roger Franklin from Duncanville (H.S.) TX, 6'7 Erik Williams from Duncanville (H.S.) TX, 5'8 Tommy Mason-Grffin from Houston (Madison) TX, 6'5 Dalton Pepper from Fairless Hills (Pennsbury) PA, 6'3 Demetrius Walker from Phoenix (St. Mary's) AZ, 6'8 Tyler Griffey from Wildwood (Lafayette) MO, 6'0 Mike Dixon from Kansas City (Lee's Summit West) MO, 6'9 Stephan Van Treese from Indianapolis (Lawrence North) IN, 6'5 D.J.
